I’m Josh Dennis, owner of Restore Colleyville. I took over more than a year ago, and this introduction should have come sooner. I’m sorry it didn’t.

 

First, thank you. Whether you visit every week or haven’t been in for a while, I’m grateful that you’ve chosen to spend time with us.

 

This past year has included team changes and equipment challenges. I know those can affect your visits, and I take responsibility for where we’ve fallen short. My commitment is to be more present, communicate more often, and keep improving your experience.

 

I’m proud of the people doing that work alongside me: Jade, who leads our team; Nyomi, our talented esthetician; Kate and our nurses; and everyone who welcomes you through our doors. Together, we want Restore to be a place where you feel comfortable, cared for, and happy to return.

 

I’d love for you to join us September 18–20 for our anniversary weekend, with our main celebration on Saturday, September 19.

 

We’ll have special offers and a few new things to share. More than anything, I’m looking forward to spending time with you—whether we’ve already met or it’s our first chance to say hello.

 

I’d also love to hear what’s working and what we could do better. What would make you tell a close friend, “You have to come to Restore with me”?
