Great facility, and really amazing people that work there. It feels like home. Everyone is friendly, smiling, and generally warm and welcoming. The only complaint I have is in regards to pricing. Even with the mid-tier membership, I always end up paying out of pocket. There is a lot of confusion about how to price certain combinations, and I''ve never gotten any clarity. This seems more of a corporate issue than the local management.
