We are pleased to announce our relocation is coming soon into the current Wells Fargo space. It has been a long time coming and we could not be more grateful for your support throughtout our levels of growth. In teaming up with Evergreen and Taylor Morrison, we intend to renovate the space and create a haven of operational excellence and efficiency you have been waiting for.

Due to the new inititive we have decided to expand our service offerings to include our Medical Directior, Dr. Michael Thrasher MD, to perform general office visits a few days a week for your convienance.  We want to thank you again as this is a huge win for us all!
