On my thirs week here and i gotta say this place is awesome. The people are cool and your always learning something new. The variety of teachers keeps things fresh and they all have theyre own methods of making sure your getting the most out of your experience. Its also a pretty fun way to workout for those that dont enjoy regular cardio training and is a great way to keep workouts fun.
