We strive to provide you with classes that are challenging, educational and effective. Sunday HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Sunday's at 12:15pm. Located at Bickerdike Square Park. 1461 W. Ohio St in Chicago. We've taken Pilates and a cardio workout (High-Intensity Interval training) to a whole new level. Want to sweat, burn loads of calories, and challenge your body? Combining sets of cardio exercises and sets of Pilates exercises will sculpt your body and burn calories while enhancing your Pilates experience. You'll leave feeling exhilarated, toned & most importantly you will strengthen your cardiovascular fitness level. Just bring a yoga mat and bottle of water.
Virtual Pilates with Weights, Thursday's at 6pm This Pilates and Yoga inspired class emphasizes alignment while strengthening all the necessary things: rotator cuff, hips/legs and core. In this class, we will help you create your most optimal and efficient posture, breathing, and core stabilization strategy and this will improve your overall health. Weights are encouraged but not necessary, cans or bottles can be used.
