Greetings Sandhills Gymnastics Families
We are thrilled to be open and still providing gymnastics classes to our community! Despite the new restrictions, there have been so many smiling faces and new skills learned!
With all the excitement of this new normal, there are some current guidelines we must follow to keep our doors open for our students and their families.
When students and their families enter the gym, no more than 10 minutes before class, there will be someone at the door to greet you and take your temperature. After sanitizing hands and feet, your child will be directed to an area to wait for their coach to join them.
During your students’ class, they will be sanitizing their hands frequently and the mats and equipment they are using will also be sanitized after each rotation.
In the balcony, we ask that only one parent observes to allow for social distancing. While there is less space for seating with the addition of the beam area, the safety of our students and their families is our top priority, so we are following all guidelines put forth by the state and Governor Cooper.
Please keep in mind face masks are required for all students and family members that are over the age of 5.

Sandhills Gymnastics specializes in tumbling, Women's and Men's gymnastics, beginners to advanced for ages 18months to adult. We also operate an academic preschool, Sandhills Creative Learning. Come jump into fun at Sandhills!
Sandhills Gymnastics is a family owned and operated business. We are dedicated to providing a great place for kids to learn and have fun, and we are committed to providing remarkable customer and community service.
We offer a wide array of classes and programs for everyone. Our Learning Preschool program is designed for children ages 2-4 to help kids grow emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually. Our staff will guide children to learn by touching, seeing, and doing. Sandhills Preschool will provide developmentally appropriate activities to encourage learning. by engaging in small group activities, centers, and physical activity, with special attention paid to each child’s individual needs. Sandhill has an open door policy where parents or guardians are encouraged to come watch at practices and classes! In our large viewing area, come relax while supporting your loved one!
Sandhills other group classes include tumbling, power tumbling and trampoline, homeschool gymnastics and fitness, gymnastics for both boys and girls, adult gymnastics, and private lessons! Each class is tailored towards either your specific fitness goals or has an emphasis on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination, body awareness as well as focus, concentration and self-confidence! Available for weekend birthday parties and open gym on Fridays, we also have lots of room for fun and play!
