Please excuse our clever use of acronyms.
Sei, in Portuguese, (pronounced ‘say’), means ‘I know’. SEI happens to also be the abbreviation for South East Idaho.
We are a Capoeira studio in Rexburg, Idaho (in South East Idaho, go figure), and will be making posts concerning as many aspects of Capoeira as we can think of, including its history, training ideas, equipment, travel, music, teaching skills, starting a studio and running the business side of things, and anything else that comes up along the way! We feel qualified to present this information mostly because we are in the thick of it!
We will tell you what works, what works well, and what fails. (Hopefully we will experience much more of the ‘what works well’ portion of that spectrum)! Axe! (pronounced ah-shay!)
