Have you ever heard the phrase "Consistency is KEY"? Did you just roll your eyes? yeah, me too. Yet we all know that consistency works. After years of sitting at a desk you don't go to yoga for the first time and expect to nail Warrior 3 let alone touch your toes. The same is true for, well anything really. Sure there are a lucky few who seem to be blessed with flexibility, a flat tummy and a full bank account. But if they don't brush thier teeth daily, they will certainly have bad breath!
