Feeling a bit stressed? Overwhelmed? Want to learn how to settle your mind? Perhaps you have a New Year’s resolution to find some serenity in your life. If so, we have some good news – mindfulness classes with James will be free for the month of January. During this month, the Mindful Meditation classes with James will cover a complete 4-Week Mindfulness Training Program. As each week builds upon the previous week, we encourage those who are interested to try to attend each session over the four-week period. However, it will not be necessary to attend all sessions, and attendees will easily be able to follow along and participate in any of the classes in any week, regardless of attendance in prior weeks. Class schedule: Saturdays (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th) from 10am – 11am Tuesdays (14th, 21st, 28th ) 6:30-7:30pm Thursday makeup from SNOW DAY (9th ) 6:30-7:30pm Participants are welcome to attend both the Saturday and Tuesday class, although the Tuesday class will be a repeat of the Saturday class for any given week.
