The time is 12 - 2pm! 

We'll have MixxedFit, Spinning, and Yoga!

 *For those new to our email list... What's 30/30/30?

It's a partnership between SMART Fitness and GirlTrek of Philadelphia where we come together once a month (the 1st Saturday) for some self-care! We spend 30 minutes doing Zumba or MixxedFit and 30 minutes of Spinning and then the 3rd segment is either Eat & Educate or Nutrition or a Stretching or Yoga segment!

The cost this month is only $10
