Beginning November 4th 2019 the Beginners STRENGTH Training class will be offered on Monday at 6:30pm until 7:15pm.
Get your STRENGTH on in this 45 minute class! 5 minutes to warm up! 10 minutes lower body. 10 minutes upper body. 15 minutes abs. 5 minutes to stretch! Done!
