Hi Folks, last week Thursday (July 9th) the instructor for the Boot Camp Class sprained her ankle right before class. But the trooper that she is, she completed the class as her ankle swelled. 😬
A week later she's better! 😀 She's going to do the Boot Camp class tomorrow! Also, if you remember, she was also scheduled to do the 2-5 Mile Fitness Class on Friday (July 10th) but it rained like crazy so we cancelled.
Given the circumstances of her ankle, we are going to postpone the 2-5 Mile Fitness Class "one week." The class will still meet for eight weeks. Starting Friday, July 24th until Friday, September 11th in front of the Art Museum.
