I just couldn't go another day without talking to you about all that's coming at us right now with the Coronavirus in the news.
In the midst of the turmoil and stress and that accompany these kinds of changes, I wanted to bring some perspective and proactivity. My first words: Fear not There's a lot of information coming at us, and it is changing from moment to moment. That can be scary, but fear not. Fear is an energy and it attracts the very thing we want to avoid. We can take practical measures like washing our hands and staying in the house, and in the midst of that all...fear not. Because fear is not going to keep a virus away from you, but what fear does is creates thoughts and energies in your mind that lead you into a state of stress and anxiety. And if a flu doesn't make you sick, the chronic stress will. In light of that, I want to talk about some things we can do to keep ourselves calm and peaceful — so that no matter what happens, whether we face this health challenge or not, that we will be okay.
