Tackling big goals, such as losing weight, can be more fun with a group, and you may find more success if you're not going it alone. A weight-loss challenge among friends, family or colleagues inspires camaraderie and a little healthy competition. In the end, everyone enjoys the reward of improved health! Weigh-in at the Studio or at home. Up to five pounds is your goal! You decide. But remember, use the same scale and weigh-in at the same time 2x's a week!
Goals should be S.M.A.R.T. ...specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely! If you set unrealistic weight-loss goals, you're less likely to succeed in your efforts.
