Please join Denine Kirby (SMART Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer) in helping in the PCOS Challenge...the National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association in the fight against PCOS. PCOS affects up to 15% of women and can lead to life-long complications, infertility, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, uterine cancer, and other life-threatening diseases. PCOS is one of the most critical, underfunded and neglected areas of health. For those that know Denine personally, know this is her fight! Denine is a PCOS-survivor and thriving every day to manage the symptoms and live her best life of health and wellness. It has taken her 10 years to fight and WIN against PCOS. She wants to help other women succeed too. Denine is excited to be participating in the PCOS Challenge 5K Run/Walk. She is leading the warm-up session on the morning of the run/walk and honored to be asked to do this! She hopes you will join her for this important event or donate to support women and girls affected by PCOS.
