I'm sorry for any inconvenience but better be safe than sorry!

We will still have MixxedFit and Zumba Outside weather permitting. Who knows, we can still have mild days during the winter months.

MixxedFit meets 7pm on Tuesdays and Zumba meets 7pm on Wednesdays in the Bala Train Station Parking Lot. $7

Also, we are still walking! We meet on (most) Saturdays at 12pm. This Saturday the temperatures are expected to be in the 60s. Last week we walked 2 miles! 🤗

What a great way to support SMART Fitness during these trying times. Only $10!

We meet at the Indego Bike Station at the top of MLK, Jr. Drive. Masks are required!

I don't have to tell you how hard it is to run a business during a pandemic. You know! Especially, a Black-owned fitness studio. COVID-19 is changing our lives in ways and at a scale we could never have imagined.

The work that SMART Fitness provides matters and I need funds to exist now and after the pandemic is over.

A customer said to me, "SMART Fitness is a place where women come together, not to be judged but to improve their mental and physical health and wellness through cardio, strength training, and bonding with other like-minded women!"

Wow! Preach...sistah. This IS what SMART Fitness is all about. And there is no other place like it in Philadelphia!
