Class #2 (8 classes)
We all know the power of walking and its benefits of improving our mood, strengthening our bones, and maintaining a healthy weight, right!? This "dynamic" walk will include circuit and resistance training while achieving our goal of either 2-5 miles. This class will range between 60-90mins long depending on the week to challenge our mile goals while maintaining social distancing. Bring your friends and bring good energy! (Ankle or hand weights are optional.) Class begins at 6:30 pm on Fridays and we will be meeting by the Schuylkill River Banks and begin our walk on MLK Drive. Only $80!
