We had such a successful walking class we are going to do it again! 😃 This "dynamic" walk will include circuit and resistance training while achieving our goal between 2-5 miles.
This class will range between 60-90mins long depending on the week to challenge our mile goals.
Bring your friends and bring good energy! It's getting cooler in the evening, so bring a sweatshirt or layer-up for your comfort! Ankle or hand weights are optional. Bring water!
Class begins at 6:00 pm on Fridays. Weather permitting, we meet at the Schuylkill River Banks by the Indego Bike Station. We begin our walk on MLK Drive (on time).
