Never perform a whole-body workout? Need some strength training motivation? This class is for you! A regular strength training program helps you increase lean body mass and burn calories more efficiently (which can result in weight loss). In this class, the instructor will help beginner's to intermediate get more confident with every session as you learn the different movement patterns for the major muscles of your body. (For more advanced class members, the instructor will adjust your workout accordingly).
