As summer gears up, your schedule and routines might be changing, so it's more important than ever that you let us know if you can't make it to your appointment!
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy -- and "not confirming" your appointment is not the same as cancelling! If you need to cancel or change your session, we request at least 24 hours notice so we as a small business have time to adjust, clear the schedule, and offer that appointment to another client. The best way to cancel is to call or text us at 940-241-4490, or send us an email at [email protected]. If you are sick or your child is sick, we can usually waive our cancellation fee, because we're working parents too and understand that sometimes things are just out of our control. We do, however, request that you give us a call ASAP -- please don't wait until the last minute, "hoping you'd be better by now". We don't want your germs, and we would rather get you rescheduled for next time if there's any doubt whatsoever about your health! If you get called in to work at the last minute, forget your session, or "something came up", we hope you'll understand how challenging that can be for us to try to readjust with such short notice, and why we will still need to charge you the missed appt fee. (Believe us when we say we feel just as bad as you do in that situation!) If there's any doubt that your schedule might change last minute, please consider booking a different appointment time -- and remember, we are open as late at 7:00 or 8:00 pm most nights, including Saturdays and Sundays!
