That's why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so we're counting on you to let us know in advance if you can't make your massage. However, we know that germs spread fast this time of year, so for everyone's safety, we want you to stay home if you're sick! We will be glad to waive our cancellation fee if you let us know ASAP that you're not feeling well. Trying to stave it off with over the counter meds or herbal teas, "hoping I'd feel better by now" and then calling last minute WILL result in a cancellation fee. But if you wake up, know you can't make it in, and call or text right away, we'll be glad to cancel that appointment and waive the fee for you. (Believe me, we don't want your germs either!) Additionally, if you are within the first 72 hours of taking an antibiotic, or have received a vaccination in the last 24 hours, it is advised that we reschedule your appointment so that your body can isolate the infection or immunization, instead of us spreading it around in your body. Once you're feeling better, or outside the time frames mentioned for antibiotics and vaccinations, let us know! Massage is GREAT for boosting the immune system and getting rid of all those toxins that built up in your body when you were sick! Questions? Let us know!
