She listened to me exactly. When I asked for more pressure, she delivered. When I told her that my goals were to open my hips and relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders, she made sure to spend enough time in each area to do exactly that. And she set the ambience in the room so perfectly, that even though I was still technically at work, I was able to quiet my mind and forget about the world outside for a while.
