We've got some exciting news!

After 2 months of parental leave, Brandy is coming back to Soma this week!

She returns full time starting TODAY, and we hope that she'll bring this adorable little lovebug to visit once in a while too!

You can book your massage with Brandy by visiting our appointments page online -- there's an option to isolate just her schedule (or look at everyone's since they're all amazing). Simply submit your request and we'll get you booked asap!

Welcome back, Brandy! And congratulations again on baby Jaleel! He's too cute!

Soma Denton is open 7 days a week by appointment only and is located in the back half of the Green Space Dance Studio, located at 529 Malone St. Here's a list of our openings this week:

TODAY (Weds) at 12:00*, 3:30, 4:45, or 5:45

Thursday at 12:45*

Friday at 1:45*, 4:30, or 5:15

Saturday at 1:15*, 2:45, 5:45, or 7:00
Soma at SDCC

Soma at SDCC is open Monday - Friday by appointment only and is located inside the Spinal Decompression and Chiropractic Center at 2500 Lillian Miller. Here's a list of our openings next week:

Monday 10/1 at 12:30, 3:00, or 3:45

Tuesday 10/2 at 2:15

This location books up quickly - ask to be added to our waitlist and you'll get first dibs on any openings/cancellations!

Friends of the Family is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive services to those impacted by rape, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, while partnering with our community to promote safety, healing, and prevention.

DCFOF is asking for individually wrapped snacks, feminine hygeine products, diapers, new or gently used baby carriers/slings, hair styling tools such a curling irons, and more.

Please bring one or more items on this list to our main office and you'll be entered to win a free 1-hour massage. Even if you don't have an appointment here, you can still participate AND know that you're making a difference in the lives of those recovering from domestic violence and abuse.
