Went in for a massage. Saw Eliza. She was AMAZING! With working as a server on my feet all day and being a full time nursing student, my back was tight. She was so great! Made another appointment with her already.

Spa Cascada is lovely and friendly. The nail services are the best in town — I’ve never had a manicure last so long — and each massage I’ve had is better than the last. I’m called by name on check in and check out (a pet peeve of mine at some other spas in town who ask “Is this your first time?” every time). The location is convenient and good for wandering around town before or after services. Overall, a wonderful experience.
