Wasn't sure what to expect but Seth was so professional, friendly and gentle. This place is exactly what you want when your muscles and joints ache like mine. The surroundings were clean and quiet. So glad I signed up and made it to strech sesh , Daniel was so welcoming and introduced me to his place , there is even a sauna , my stretch session went pretty well . The Knowledge and empathy is worth all the money . Affordable, magnificent environment for relaxation, years of experience In house trainers . Don’t look no more !

I am totally in love with Stretch Sesh! Finding it was one of the best things that happened to me this year! I never realized how vital stretching was to my body, mind, overall my health until I got there and couldn't get off the floor, during assessment with Dan. My stretch sessions have been fantastic! I always leave feeling relaxed, flexible and pain free. Dan is simply amazing! He is kind, professional, friendly and so knowledgeable! He makes me feel very comfortable during session. The entire staff is wonderful! Working out was so hard due to joints pain, soreness, stiffness. Now I am able to workout with none of these issues, and I am more flexible during any other activities.I am so happy I took my Sister/friend's attorney Tamar Hamilton.
