Kyoshi Marco 6th Degree Black and Coach Nelson will be teaching the Kids MMA class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 630pm & Saturdays at 12pm! Kru Alfonzo will be teaching the Tuesdays classes at 530pm and Thursdays at 630pm! The kids will learn striking, kicks and throws!
