Kids ages 7 to 11 years old 530pm to 630pm 

Teens 13 to 18 years old 630pm to 730pm 

Adults 730pm to 830pm

They will learn how to put together all they been learning in the boxing ring. Effected but safe drills by Coach Nelson and his great staff.
