Can Practicing Yoga Help Us
Make Better Decisions?

Sometimes decisions come very easy to me. But sometimes they are super challenging. Can you relate?

 

Over the years I have learned to listen to my body and the wisdom it shares to help me make wise decisions for my body. This practice has taught me how to listen to the whispers of Spirit or God (however you prefer to relate to the Divine). 

 

And sometimes, particularly when the decision I have to make will less impact me, but impact other more, I find myself procrastinating or avoiding making that decision. Can you relate to that too?

 

After two weeks of avoiding this particular decision, I began to wonder just why I was stuck in indecisiveness about this particular subject. In my meditations, here is what came up:

  1. Fear of being wrong.
  2. Fear of being wrong and costly.
  3. Fear of not pleasing everyone effected.
  4. Fear of being blamed for a poor decision.
  5. Fear of being out of energy to do the work.

What? Fear was at the root of all my indecision??? I was shocked!

 

Fear is not real....but there it was, holding me back in making decisions.

 

After this revelation I took to my yoga practice and invited Spirit in to help me make this decision (which I should've done in the first place). My answer came in a BIG and BOLD message "Do It All, Trust Me"

 

What am I to do with that? I act and on it, and without delay of course!

Let's boldly declare together that WE NO LONGER MAKE DECISIONS OUT OF FEAR! (Especially when they are divinely inspired and backed up by our body wisdom!)

Jenny has opened up her schedule for her unique yoga for mobility impairment. Her style of yoga will help those looking to:

  • Recover from and accident, injury, surgery or suffering with a chronic condition that reduces range of motion and strength.
  • Improve proprioception, strength, stamina, stability and balance
  • Need to have a group of supportive folks going through the same challenges.
  • Need a compassionate and adaptive form of yoga to support their unique needs from aging.

Join Jenny for YOGAdaptive Classes at these times:

 

Tuesday/Thursday/Friday at Noon

 

Sundays at 4pm
