I once said to Shelagh that one of her classes was like a warm hug, she has created that entire vibe in her studio. Hands down one of my all time favourite yoga studios. Super special spot. If you get the chance, go!

This studio has an open atmosphere, with good lighting and natural elements. The instructors are well practised, and relatable to newcomers to yoga; they help let the fear wash away when trying something new. I am not new to yoga, and found the classes were a good fit for a lil yogi.

Such a great studio space! Welcoming atmosphere from the first time I entered- and everyone is greeted by name. Your practice is your own, and the caring, professional and we are all here to learn and to be in this practice together-those who are newbies and experienced alike. Every instructor is fabulous! Thoroughly prepared, caring, respectful. The studio floor is heated! The windows invite sunshine! An environment so supportive of movement, stillness and breath. Great place! Every time. ✨
