I’ve been coming here regularly and it’s been an amazing experience. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand your body and what you need. Each session feels customized — not just a generic stretch. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and with noticeably better mobility. The environment is super clean and welcoming, and everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They explain what they’re doing, why it helps, and give tips you can take home to keep improving. If you’re dealing with stiffness, recovering from workouts, or just want to move and feel better, I can’t recommend this place enough. Easily the best stretch clinic I’ve been to.

So glad I signed up and made it to strech sesh , Daniel was so welcoming and introduced me to his place , there is even a sauna , my stretch session went pretty well . The Knowledge and empathy is worth all the money . Affordable, magnificent environment for relaxation, years of experience In house trainers . Don’t look no more !

I am totally in love with Stretch Sesh! Finding it was one of the best things that happened to me this year! I never realized how vital stretching was to my body, mind, overall my health until I got there and couldn't get off the floor, during assessment with Dan. My stretch sessions have been fantastic! I always leave feeling relaxed, flexible and pain free. Dan is simply amazing! He is kind, professional, friendly and so knowledgeable! He makes me feel very comfortable during session. The entire staff is wonderful! Working out was so hard due to joints pain, soreness, stiffness. Now I am able to workout with none of these issues, and I am more flexible during any other activities.I am so happy I took my Sister/friend's attorney Tamar Hamilton. I am always looking forward to my next session. I have been and will continue to recommend Stretch Sesh to everyone that I know Thank you so much Dan for what you do!
