Went for an assessment and Daniel was very honest and saying I had some improvement but didn’t need to go to the higher membership. I signed up on the spot with my partner and less than a month later I can finally touch my toes. I know I have more improvement to go but so far I like the results

I went to a stretch session on 4/3/26 at the west sample road location and it was wonderful! The stretchologist, Derik made the experience 10x better. he was incredibly attentive and really listened to my concerns. I appreciated how comfortable he made me feel during my session. You can tell he has a love for this! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for personalized, professional stretching!

The stretch session night experience was something spectacular when I woke up the next morning to go to work. I felt so much better.

If you've never been stretched, do it and do it at Stretch Sesh! It's great for your mobility and helps with recovery and relaxation. I just had my first session with Seth and was blown away. Wasn't sure what to expect but Seth was so professional, friendly and gentle. This place is exactly what you want when your muscles and joints ache like mine. The surroundings were clean and quiet. So glad I signed up and made it to strech sesh , Daniel was so welcoming and introduced me to his place , there is even a sauna , my stretch session went pretty well .
