Really enjoying Restore Fitness just signed up for a membership and am loving their infrared sauna and the compression therapy so far. Look fwd to trying cryo and IV drips. I feel so relaxed and sleep so much better after the sauna. Highly recommend.

This location has a great team. I always feel well taken care of and love bringing friends in to experience my go-to red light therapy. RLT is great for anti aging, getting rid of joint pain, fitness recovery, mood support , and lots more. It’s helped me manage stress lately. The setup here has 8 panels which is far more than most other RLT setups in Austin.

I have tried almost all services except the IVs. I love that you have FaceTime with a nurse before certain treatments.

I enjoy coming to this Restore for my vitamin D shot. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming and it’s a quick appt that keeps me going for 8 weeks until my next shot.

Everything you need under one roof. Well maybe not everything but you understand. I wanted a place to get cryo and red light and found Restore. Luckily they have a ton of other services that i found useful. Signed up for a membership first day in. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable which is great. Highly recommend.

Found this gem by accident after having Covid. Definitely worth checking out.
