    My daughter Zayla loves Taekwondo. It has been very fun and motivating for her. This has helped her gain coordination and self discipline. Having my daughter know how to protect her self and others is a plus. The owner is wonderful. As well as the other instructors. Thank you!

    PAMA has an excellent, family friendly culture. The instructors are wonderful and the programs that they have in place are wonderful for instilling discipline and respect. My kids have been attending PAMA for about 5 years and we love it!
