Our Nutritional Counseling program teams you with our Nutrition Coach who has over 10 years experience working with athletes and others designing plans that provide maximum results.
You will meet privately and discuss diet and nutrition issues specific to your needs. Whether you're looking to gain weight, lose weight, increase energy or just learn more about proper nutrition, we will design a plan that's right for you, and provide the necessary follow up and accountability to keep you on track.
Comprehensive Baseline Testing
As in any journey, you first need to know where you're at in order to determine how to get to where you want to go.
With our Comprehensive Baseline Testing program we use FDA-registered medical devices and scientific methods to determine your unique metabolic profile and overall physical health.
We perform a complete assessment of your body weight, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular fitness and more. We then use this information to create a complete program designed for your unique needs to maximize strength, build stamina, burn fat and increase performance.
All of it is documented in colorful, easy to read charts and graphs and provides the perfect starting point for a well-rounded fitness regimen.
