Went for my first time this week and had an awesome workout. Loved the incorporation of yoga at the beginning, then into a few rounds of boxing and strength. For a first timer trying boxing, Coach T made sure I was doing everything properly and adjusted when needed. I finished class dripping in sweat! Can’t wait to try more classes!

First time trying this place out…let me just say A WORK OUT! I loved the vibe of the place and was welcomed right away from Coach T. He was an awesome help with checking on us during the workout, adjusting our posture for the movements, and motivating us! I can’t wait to come back again to get a good sweat in. 10/10 highly recommend
