Hi ! I don’t know about you but sometimes when something doesn’t feel easy to me I can often think that it will always feel hard. Are you the same way? Ease is different than easy. We can move from something taking a lot of effort to it taking less and we can find balance in both effort and ease too. And I’d love for you to experience this with your yoga practice. This blog gives a great example of what is the difference between ease and something being easy.
