This month in our Home Practice Hub we will be focusing on balance.
Yoga itself is a practice of balance: a balance of strength and flexibility, of energy and release, of yin and yang energy. Yoga teaches us not only the importance of physical balance in postures, but how to utilize this in our everyday lives off the mat.
This month you will:
- Practice finding the balance between strength and ease
- Utilizing your inner strength and focus for physical balance
- Focus on strengthening your base in order to help you expand
Our Home Practice Hub is a great way to experience the life-changing benefits of a consistent yoga practice on your schedule. For $197 a month you receive:
- 3 weekly yoga practices (you choose whether your join us live or on demand)
- 2 weekly meditation practices
- 1 weekly 30-minute 1:1 live private session with me
