It's All About Strength!

This month it's all about strength in our Home Practice Hub!

 

Many times when we hear the word "strength" we automatically focus on our physical strength. In yoga we also strive to strengthen our mental, emotional, spiritual, or inner strength.

 

Strength isn't just about how much you can bench press, but it also includes:

  • Being resilient in challenging situations
  • Feeling empowered within yourself
  • Believing in yourself and your ability to get through anything 

This month I challenge you to see your yoga mat as a tool where you can discover your strengths AND weaknesses and embrace them. 

 

Each month, you’ll receive unlimited access to: 

  • 3 weekly 30-minute yoga practices (replays available)
  • 2 weekly 10-minute meditation practices (replays available)
  • 1 weekly  Live 1:1 coaching session with me (via Zoom)

Our practices this month are inspired by the wonderful work created by Ally & Victor Foote of Yoga Rove.
