Here at Yoga with Cyndy, we absolutely LOVE supporting all of you and your causes!

This month I will be leading a yoga class at Silo Park (Silo Lane) in Commack to support the Commack JV Cougarettes in their 2021-2022 dance season.

The JV Cougarettes are coached by our own Sam Messina!

Bring your mat and get ready to move and have some fun with this upbeat yoga practice that will leave you feeling energized and laughing!
