We're Starting 2022 Off Strong!

I hope you had a happy and healthy holiday season!

 

In a way, the end of the year felt a bit like the end of 2020, but I have found that with all the "noise" it is just as important as ever for all of us to take care of both our physical and mental health and I believe the best way to do that is to go back to the basics: eat well, get plenty of rest and exercise. And let me be the first to tell you that I have been doing none of those things over the past two months!

 

So, are you ready to bring back some structure to your life? I've filled up January with lots of goodies for you whether you want to pick up something new or are happy where you are.

 

NEW in 2022 -- Online classes will now be recorded so if you can't join us live, as long as you are registered for the class, you will receive a replay.

 

Over the next few months, I will be transitioning to a few new platforms which will give you new ways to continue practicing, including a library of pre-recorded classes.

5-Day Curvy Yoga Challenge

Curvy Yoga Basics

Join Amy as she shares easy tips to make yoga classes more accessible for people in larger bodies.


In this 90-minute workshop, you will learn common pose variations for people in curvy bodies that fit your body.

Full Moon in Cancer
Yoga & Meditation Class

According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, January’s full Moon came to be known as the Wolf Moon because wolves were more likely to be heard howling at this time. Howling and other wolf vocalizations are generally used to define territory, locate pack members, reinforce social bonds, and coordinate hunting.

 

Astrologically, the full moon in the sign of Cancer can make us prone to emotional fluctuations and it's advised that we learn to forgive and forget in order to avoid depression from thinking too much about things.

 

Join us for a heart-centered Full Moon Yoga practice followed by a guided meditation in this always popular 90-minute class.
