I'm so excited to be part of the Babylon Barre & Pilates staff!

Located at 182 S 1st Street in Lindenhurst, Babylon Barre is a is a boutique fitness studio offering Barre, Mat Pilates, Small Group Reformer, Yoga, and private sessions. It's also the sister studio to Positions Dance Studio ~ our former "winter home" ~ so you'll see lots of familiar faces!
