Hey ~
“The New Moon is not the darkness. It’s the beginning of the light.”
Have you ever stood at the edge of the ocean under a moonless sky and felt that quiet, powerful invitation to begin again?
That’s exactly what we’ll tap into on Thursday, July 24 at 7:15 PM during New Moon Yoga by the Sea (Robert Moses State Park, Field 2)— a heart-centered evening of movement, breath, and intention-setting, all surrounded by the soothing sounds of the waves.
This isn’t just another yoga class. It’s a soft reset.
A chance to exhale. To release what’s heavy.
To realign with the version of you that’s ready to rise.
We'll flow through gentle lunar-inspired movement, ground ourselves with breathwork, and close with a guided meditation + intention ritual to anchor your next cycle.
You don’t need to “be good” at yoga. You don’t need the perfect outfit or the perfect mindset. You just need to show up — exactly as you are.

Bring a yoga mat, towel, cozy layers, and anything sacred that helps you feel grounded (journal, crystal, intention card — you do you 💫). I’ll bring the vibes and the space for you to breathe, reset, and expand.
There’s something about moving your body beside the ocean… under the New Moon… in community… that changes you in the best way. I’d love to see you there.
With deep breath and moonlight,
Cyndy
