Every year around this time, life starts to speed up. Calendars get fuller. To-do lists get longer. It’s easy to abandon your own well-being in the name of “getting it all done.”

A beautiful evening of release, reflection, journaling, meditation, and gentle movement.
 
🕯 Thanksgiving Candlelight Yoga (Community Class) (Thursday, November 28 @ 9:00am)
All proceeds benefit Long Island Cares, the Harry Chapin Regional Food Bank
Come move your body, open your heart, and give back.
