A message about this weekend...

Hi all!

I truly hope this email finds everyone well and that all of those effected by the Canadian wildfires and smoke are staying safe.  This picture was taken by my friend's husband, David, on his lunch break Wednesday (no filters!)

Due to the air quality this week, there will be NO GARDEN YOGA, tomorrow 6/9 @ 9am in Bay Shore.

As of now, beach yoga classes are on, but I will continue to monitor the news and air quality as well as any notices from the New York State Parks Department and will update if any changes are made.

Thank you for your understanding. As we've learned, we're all in this together!
