Combining deep breathing with flowing movement, strength building and a stretch of the entire front and back of the body, it is the perfect way to warm-up the body and build heat for any practice. But did you know, the sun salutation is also a complete yoga practice by itself? In this two-hour Masterclass, we will break down each step of the classic Sun Salutations A and B as well as learn several variations -- including how to do Sun Salutations on a chair, kneeling down and a special pre-natal sequence for Mommy Yogis-to-be.
