Welcome Back! YogaStrong is committed to providing a safe workspace for our team and clients. As our business re-opens to the public, we want to ensure not only the safety of our clients but the safety of the greater community that every person entering our studio will come into contact with. Every client and team member is expected to take part in complying with these measures. Our Studio follows the CDC, State, and local health guidelines in relation to Covid-19. Health Protocol: People with these symptoms may have Covid-19 Cough Shortness of breath Fever Chills Repeated shaking with chills Muscle pain Headache Sore throat Loss of taste or smell All team members and clients should self-monitor for these symptoms If you have these symptoms, please call your Dr., and let us know so we can provide you the return policy and notify other team members and clients. To keep us all safe we recommend wearing a face mask in the lobby and common areas when not practicing. We will have some for sale if you need to purchase one. We also will be putting these following rules in effect May 18, 2020: All clients and team members must practice good hygiene practices such as frequently washing hands, avoiding touching your face, cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing. No touching of the retail items please. Ask a team member to help you. We will provide hand sanitizer in the front of the studio for use
Sanitation: Team members will have a sanitation guideline and log as well as other important information at the desk. Team members please review and use the log. This is not negotiable! The studio will no longer be providing mats for clients to rent. Clients may purchase an intro mat with a discount. Blankets and towels will not be available for use Props will be sanitized in between classes. Clients are only allowed to use the props placed for them and will leave them in the same spot after use. You are allowed to bring your own props. We will be using the time in between classes to sanitize with products recommend from the CDC, because of this we will have a limited number of classes available. Social Distancing:
YogaStrong will observe strict social distancing to ensure close contact is limited. Places for each client will be delineated by a marked space. The mat space will be taped. Mats will be placed behind the tape and you will not be able to move after you are placed. If props or equipment is needed than it will be placed in advance by staff members. Please leave the equipment in the same spot it was left so it can be collected and sanitized. Instructors cannot help with hands on methods and will be using verbal and visual cues only Because of social distancing we have a limited number of spots available in each class. Please sign up ahead of time to reserve your spot in class. Your favorite class may not be on the schedule. We hope to have more classes open as soon as the restrictions lift.
