The entire program is only going to be 16 days long, it’s in the name
I’m going to provide you with a done for you meal plan crafted to help you increase your metabolism and burn more fat. (This is NOT a diet, it’s a meal plan where all you have to do is read it, and eat it.)
You’ll need to workout with your trainer 3-6x/per week in the 16 day program. I know that sounds like a lot, but this program is for those that really want to burn a lot of fat and tone up.
The workouts will be challenging, even down right difficult at times, but never impossible. And you’ll always have motivation and accountability from me and the rest of the gym. We don’t care if you’re brand new to fitness or looking to take it to the next level. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.
